Katherine (Kathy) Sarlson is an experienced planned giving and endowment consultant with more than 30 years of helping nonprofits build sustainable, donor-centered programs.
Most recently. Kathy served as National Director of the Life & Legacy program at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, overseeing a consultant team that supported faith-based and community organizations across North America in building strong legacy programs. Previously, she was Associate Vice President for Planned Giving and Major Gifts at Thomas Jefferson University and also held senior development roles at other mission-driven organizations. Kathy is known for her strategic insight, practical tools, and warm, collaborative style.
Kathy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a graduate degree in theology from Harvard Divinity School and an MBA from Stanford University.
